Parts Centre Manager
Sheffield


C&B Recruitment are currently searching for an experience Parts Centre Manager to join their highly experienced Parts Sales Centre in Sheffield. This role requires the successful candidate to lead from the front, using their experience within a Parts Department to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Covering several reputable brands, you will need to have a pro-active mentality focussing on extremely high customer satisfaction, monitoring business performance, analysing internal and external markets to ensure your team are one step ahead.

If you have Management experience within a Parts department, Parts Factors or Parts Sales Management and can commute to Sheffield on a daily basis, Then we want to hear from you. 


Key Responsibilities of Parts Centre Manager in Sheffield
Overseeing the daily operations and management of the centre
Leading and motivating the team to ensure high levels of customer service
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
Managing inventory and stock control to optimize levels and minimize wastage
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in a similar Centre Manager or Parts Manager role
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
