**Responsibilities:**

* **Welcome and greet customers:** Establish rapport and understand their needs and expectations.
* **Assess vehicle problems:** Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identify repair requirements, and accurately diagnose issues.
* **Prepare service estimates:** Provide detailed and transparent estimates for repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer understanding and approval.
* **Communicate effectively:** Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on progress and estimated completion times.
* **Manage service bookings:** Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal workshop flow and customer satisfaction.
* **Process payments and invoices:** Accurately handle customer payments and generate invoices, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* **Maintain strong customer relationships:** Build trust and loyalty by providing excellent service and resolving any concerns promptly.
* **Contribute to team goals:** Collaborate with colleagues in the service department to ensure smooth operations and achieve department targets.

**Qualifications:**

* **Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.**
* **Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.**
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.**
* **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
* **Proficient in using computer systems and service management software.**
* **Valid UK driving license.**
