focus on the customer and provide a first class service at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Scheduling service appointments and maintaining an organised service department
• Advising customers on necessary service and maintenance to be performed
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborating with technicians and other service advisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements
• An understanding of dealership operations and service processes
